Aubrey discusses the importance of self-care when working with infants and toddlers

Christine talks about how to design a home environment that supports a child's independence through the design of the environment and the routine and activities that happen within the environment. Christine shares some practical ideas and tips as well as an overall approach.

Aubrey explores Montessori for infants and toddlers, thinking about ideas like routines, relationships, and independence.

When you give a bit of responsibility to your children, you free up some of that constantly-doing-and-giving energy that we, as mamas, are all way too familiar with.
But how do you give responsibility to your kids?
Well for starters, you can set their environment up for success.

We talked about:
✔ How Casa Design first started
✔ How the environment can support or hinder the mama’s role
✔ Tangible ideas to set the environment up for success
✔ The magic behind restoring, and involving the whole family, with this action
✔ Potty training, and how that can positively or not-so-positively impact the family system
